Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) organized a 2-day long Training for the Male Workers of Ununionized Factories on Study Circle Leadership supported by Mondiaal FNV.

The training was held at Anjuman Trading Corporation, Tannery Industrial Estate, Savar, Dhaka, on 24-25 June 2022. 20 members from 12 factories participated in the training.

The main objective of the training was to develop study circle leaders through study circle education leadership training and to build the capacity of the workers on the study circle method of education.

At the end of the training, participants have prepared an action plan for conducting study circle meetings, have achieved the skill to form a Study Circle and conduct study circle sessions as well as lead as a factory representative in the future.
