Young trade union leaders are the driving force behind a fair and just labor movement. Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF), with the support of Mondiaal FNV, is strengthening the future of the labor movement of informal RMG sector workers who seems working in the RMG downstream supply chain without getting their lawful rights. The event held on 13-14 February at CCD Centre, Keraniganj, Dhaka.
Through leadership and management training, we are equipping them with the skills to advocate for workers’ rights, negotiate fair wages, and build stronger, more inclusive unions.
Training in leadership, unionization, and collective bargaining is crucial for young trade union leaders to effectively represent workers and drive positive change in the labor movement. Together, we are shaping the next generation of labor leaders who will champion workers’ rights and social justice.
