Fire safety training for tannery workers
A phenomenal fire safety and fire drill training was conducted for tannery workers and mid-level management to enhance healthier and safer workplace condition.
Supported from Modiaal FNV, the event was organized by the Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) with the collaboration of Fire Service and Civil Defense on 23 December, 2024 at DTIEWTPCL, Hemayetpur, Savar.
The training, conducted by a fire service officer, involved members of the firefighting team, the safety committee, and personnel from the fire service and civil defense. All the participants gained proper knowledge about fire-related issues. The day was marked by productive learning and preparedness for all the tannery workers.
