Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) organized two days long training on Labour Rights, Collective Bargaining and Negotiation with Area Based Committee of Home Based RMG Workers. Supported by Oxfam GB and Funded by EU, the training was conducted on 20-21 January 2025 at Savar, Dhaka.
This training aimed to empower area-based community members of HBRMGWs by developing their skills in negotiation, bargaining, organizing, and advocacy, enabling them to effectively secure fair wages, benefits, and recognition while promoting their rights under labour laws.
