The ILO’s Decent Work Agenda focuses on the four aspects i.e., promoting the basic rights of workers, creating suitable employment opportunities for men and women, improving social protection, and strengthening social dialogue and tripartism. Decent work is 8th of 17 Global Goals that make up the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development named Promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment, and decent work for all.
