BLF organized a quarterly follow up meeting with factory supervisors and workers under the Promoting Decent Work and Acceptable Working Condition in the Tannery Sector in Bangladesh project supported by The Asia Foundation (TAF) on 15 February,2022. Supervisors and workers from different factories participated in the meeting. The main objectives of this meeting were to coordinate between the tannery supervisors and the workers and to know and review the good practices in the tannery. The main discussion topics at the meeting were the formation of safety committees, ensuring occupational safety and health at the factory level, and reviewing the progress of previously prepared action plans.
