Leadership Training on Just Climate, Energy, and Tech Transition

Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) organized series of Youth and Female Leadership Training on Just Climate, Energy, and Tech Transition in Dhaka, Savar, Gazipur and Narayanganj where participants from National and Sectoral Federation were participated.
 
This training programs were tailored to empower young and female leaders to understand, advocate, and act on issues at the intersection of climate justice, energy transition, and technological change, especially in contexts like Bangladesh or similar Global South regions. Over 130 young changemakers and emerging youth and women leaders from RMG and Leather sector came together to explore how climate justice, clean energy, and technological innovation can be made fair, inclusive, and worker-centered.

– Sessions on climate justice, green jobs, and energy equity
– Debates on automation, AI, and digital rights
– Works on youth-led climate advocacy and campaign design
– Local action planning for a just transition future
 
This training empowered participants to raise their voices, challenge extractive models, and drive people-powered solutions for a fairer and greener Bangladesh.
