Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) has organized two days long study circle Leadership Training with Potential Male- Female Leaders and Youth workers from Keraniganj Local RMG on 17-18 January, 2025 at Keraniganj, Dhaka. The Training aims to empower workers with leadership skills and knowledge that are essential for improving their roles within the local garment industry, fostering a more productive and harmonious work environment.
The training helps to build:
- Organizing Capacity
- Skill development
- Awareness
- Formation of unit committee
Our efforts contribute not only to the improvement of their own working conditions but also to the overall development and sustainability of the local RMG industry.
