Workshop on Empowering Trade Union Leaders: Navigating Climate Change and Technological Transitions
We are delighted to share the experience of this inclusive workshop with the participation and engagement of National and Sectoral Trade Union Leaders. The workshop has commissioned by Solidaridad Network Asia. During the workshop, we have worked out the issues on the context of Climate Change and Technological Transitions in the RMG Sector in Bangladesh. We have also made discussion and argument with the possible solutions and trade union roadmap for a better and workable future of the workers in Bangladesh.
This workshop focused on:
Strengthening leadership to advocate for sustainable labor practices Addressing the impact of climate change on industries and workers Navigating technological advancements to ensure fair work environments Building stronger, resilient unions for a sustainable future
As industries evolve, trade union leaders must be equipped with the right tools and knowledge to safeguard workers’ rights while supporting innovation and sustainability. Letโs work together to shape a just and sustainable future for all workers!
