Gender Platform Bangladesh hold a Press Conference on the occasion of International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. The platform members demand to enact law for Prevention of Sexual Haressment at the workplace and institutions as per High Cour Guideline. They also asked for immediate ratification of ILO Convention C190.

Gender Platform Bangladesh is an alliance of national and international human rights and labor organizations. The current members of the platform includes Awaj Foundation, Bangladesh Institute of Labour Studies (BILS), Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF), Bangladesh National Women Lawyers’ Association (BNWLA), Karmojibi Nari and IndustryAll Bangladesh Council.
